RVIT is the only international organization and the only organization in the USA representing RV Industry Tradeswomen.

Short Description of Business or Services Provided:

Adrienne Cruser established RVIT:RV Industry Tradeswomen to provide a space in the RV industry specifically for tradeswomen to find educational and career opportunities along with camaraderie in the RV industry.

Adrienne became an RV Technician & Inspector specifically because of her experiences as a woman buying, selling, and using her own RVs while living on the road full-time.

Our goal at RVIT is to make the RV industry better through empowering tradeswomen in our industry. We provide radical access to RV industry education for women through free study materials, workshops, scholarships, and apprenticeships…but we know the possibilities are truly endless.

We also know that women can do anything, but we understand the broad scope of unique socioeconomic challenges women face, especially when working in male dominated trades. We’re here to help make navigating your career in the RV industry a little easier.

A lifetime membership to RVIT is free. We are here to share information, ideas, and inspiration!
